French Gilt Overmantle Mirror 54 X 35 gilt mirror french mirror overmantle mirror
Good size French gilt overmantle mirror, Louis Philippe style, circa 1900 and with original glass
This is a decorative mirror and does have signs of age, knocks and bumps throughout, hence the low price...the frame is good and solid, secure and will look fantastic when on the mantle
There is some blemishing to the glass as shown, nothing too major and not uncommon with a mirror of this age
Ideally hung using a pair of brass mirror plates, intended to rest on your mantle, but could be free hanging too
Measuring:
54'' / 137cm high
35 1/2'' / 90cm wide
4'' / 10cm deep
The glass size is 43 3/4'' / 111cm high x 26 3/4'' / 68cm wide
