Staffordshire Pottery Yorkshire money box which features Mexborough Chapel - with the box owners name, 'MIRIAM WINN', printed on the front. Flanked by two figures standing either side of the front doors, stood on a rectangular footed base. Decorated 'in the round' - decoration to front and reverse. Coin slot to the reverse.

Condition Generally good. Shallow chip inside the coin slot. Some small flakes to front, sides and reverse. KILN EFFECTS touch mark to left side of roof. RESTORATION. Two filled chips to front of roof. Some retouching to flakes to the ochre and green glaze.
