This is a fine pair of large Chinese temple jar-shaped, hand-painted ceramic table lamps on wooden bases with shaped feet, manufactured circa 2000. The porcelain bodies are richly decorated in a gold linked chain design on a green background with darker green bands at the base and neck.

Dimensions: Height to shade ring 44 cm, Height to top of ceramic body 36 cm, Diameter (max) 17 cm
Weight 2.4kg each to give a total of 4.8kg

Condition: These lamps are in excellent condition without chips or cracks and are in perfect working order. They have been tested and passed by our electrician. They come without shades but we would recommend 40cm (base diameter) tapered drum shades as shown in the second photograph. Simple linen shades of this shape and size can be acquired for about £25 each.
