Lovely silver sugar caster with stunning repousse decoration to the lid and body. The body is smothered in organic leaves and flowers against a pitted background. The lid has arabesques and foliage swirled around the crown again with a touch of pitted background behind, with a smooth centre could be used as a cartouche. The The lid screws on and both pieces are hallmarked for London 1894 and maker's mark for Horace Woodward & Co.

It measures 5 1/2" high and 2" wide. It weighs 115.7g/3.72 troy ounce. Condition is excellent with only the very lightest of bruises to the wall of the lid and another to the very top. Marks are lovely and clear on the base, a little rubbed on the lid but still legible. Payment is accepted by bank transfer, card payments (via an online invoice, I'm afraid we cannot take payments over the telephone), Paypal and UK personal cheque.
