This is a superb quality English Mahogany Victorian Inlaid Duchesse Dressing Table, circa 1850 - 1870.

This is a superb Victorian mahogany duchesse dressing table circa 1850 - 1870 with an oval shaped walnut mirror. The two front mahogany supports are profusely carved with swirling flowers and fruit. The walnut mirror can be angled to suit your requirements. The dressing table features three working drawers with a smooth sliding action and the original turned mahogany knobs. The shaped front features a central working pad drawer likewise the sides are shaped. The top of the dressing table is inlaid with satinwood string inlay. The whole stands on two carved cabriole floral and fruit carved front supports with ball feet to the front and straight ones to the rear. Underneath, the dressing table there is a shaped foot board. All in all, this a stunning dressing table with a superb colour / patination.

This item would look superb in a variety of rooms, especially the bedroom and there are many storage drawers. This item would certainly grace any home. So don't miss out your chance to own a lovely piece of antique furniture.

Condition Report
The dressing table is in excellent condition and even retains the original polish and patination which is very rare. Free of worm-worm, solid in joint and ready to use.

UK Returns & Refunds
A 7 day “no quibble” return policy (from the date you receive the item) is available if you are not happy with this item. The buyer is required to cover the cost of return transit – the collection cost is the same as the delivery cost. You will be given a refund (excluding the delivery and collection cost) as long as the item is returned in the same condition. We will collect the item using our specialist Furniture Delivery Company to avoid any damage. We will not accept returns via a courier service due to experience of damaged items in transit. This refund policy only applies to deliveries to the UK.

For UK buyers, we will accept cash on collection or delivery cheque, credit card, BACS (free bank to bank transfer). Payment is requested within 5 days of the sale.
