Very elegant Solid silver Edwardian inkstand 1903
Very elegant Solid silver Edwardian inkstand, the tray in Rococo style, the borders with scalloped edges and shell design motifs. Comes with silver topped hobnail cut inkwell and pierced solid silver holder. Beautiful solid silver tray and silver dip pen. Hallmark for Birmingham 1903. Silvermakers Williams Ltd of Goodman St Birmingham.
It is in excellent condition with no damage or repairs to either the stand or the inkwell. I doubt the pen is original to the stand but it goes well.
Would look impressive in any office or desk. Measures 23cms x 16cms (9" x 6.25").
