A superb Norwegian sterling silver brooch by maker Ivar T Holt.
The round brooch displays a beautiful pale green guilloche surface with a gilt filigree stylised flower design.
The segments are beautifully crafted and have extra bead decoration.
The silver edges of the brooch are scolloped which adds to the overall quality of this collectible piece.
The pin slots into a C type clasp.

The silver is stamped with makers mark also visible as shown.

Norwegian goldsmiths were at the forefront of making enamel on silver into a popular and expanding industry around the world. Today items such as this are collected and appreciated for their charm and intricate detailed work.

The brooch is offered in very clean condition and without damage. The pin has lost a touch of spring but may be tightened.
