Pair of matched Bergere or Canework library/reading chairs, c.1895. Original casters and caning on mixed mahogany and walnut frames, with nicely turned front legs on the smaller of the pair. Cleaned and polished in our workshops, with an earlier repair to the caning on the back of the larger chair.
