Large 19th French Chestnut Farmhouse Kitchen table
A Large 19th French Chestnut Farmhouse Kitchen table comes from Brittany in the West of France
This is good honest farmhouse table and it is an unpretentious piece is aged and naturally distressed with a delightful patina
The top of the table is made from Five, 1” thick chestnut planks and is in remarkably good condition for its age, the table has sturdy slightly tapering flat legs with stretchers at each end for strength, and a quirky thing about this table is that it has 2 drawers at one end on one side
The table is very sound and has been treated for wood worm.
The table is 79” long, 31” wide, it is 30” high and 23” under knee
