I described this as a Georgian canon it could well be earlier . The barrel is bronze and is drilled all the way through to the touch hole, so therefor a working model both the carriage and barrel have a fantastic patina it has brass/bronze wheels once again showing all of its age . as desk top canon go this is one of the best and most authentic I have seen . The carriage is painted pine with the original green paint over the years a great deal of that has been lost but it still exists.
