Early Victorian Silver Basting Spoon
This is a good example of an early Victorian silver basting spoon of the Queen's pattern design. The spoon has a stylized monogram.
The spoon is made by Silversmith Samuel Hayne & Dudley Cater and Hallmarked in the London Assay Office in 1845 which includes a duty mark.
The spoon is in excellent condition and has no damage.
The spoon weighs 154g and measures 300mm long.
