Charming Victorian Carved Oak Cutlery / Knife Box
A charming late Victorian, two divisional, carved oak cutlery box.
A unique item, beautifully carved: knives and forks to one side, spoons to the other! Marked at one end 'MARCH' and dated '1896', as shown.
A lovely shaped top of symmetrical form, with central carrying handle.
Possesses lots of old polish and much use.
Glorious deep patina.
A lovely unique and rustic item with a somewhat naive, provincial charm.
