A very pretty French tortoiseshell mantel antique clock. 8 day, platform escapement striking the hours and half hours on a bell. The white, convex enamel, Arabic dial with floral swags signed ‘Charles Frodsham, 27 South Molton Street, London. Beautifully pierced, gilded brass hands. The case of golden tortoiseshell, with gilded brass edging and quality cast mounts and handle.
