This is a satinwood Art Nouveau single wardrobe c1880-1900. It splits into three sections, the base, main carcus and the top cornice. We always remove the door for moving purposes and refit it on arrival at its new home. It is raised on a bracket base with single drawer to the bottom. It retains its original handles although the lock has been changed due to needing a key to keeping the door shut. The main section has twin hanging rails and the door is hinged to the right hand side. It has a lovely Art Nouveau carved floral pattern to the front with a removable cornice which is elegant and simple and goes well.
