Art Deco Modernist cantilever Famulus armchair from P.E.Gane designed by J.P .Hully in bent steamed Birch. Made in Bristol England circa 1930.
A stylish and comfortable Art Deco bentwood easy chair known as the Famulus chair designed by J.P Hully for P.E Gane echoing the designs of Marcel Breuer . Retailed by Heal's in the 1930's.

The bentwood frame and Famulus patent springing are in excellent original condition it retains original walnut lacquer finish which has some age related marks . Fitted with new cushions newly upholstered in grey Boucle fabric.
