A Substantial Cotswold School Oak Dining Table
A substantial oak dining table made in the Cotswold Style by Gordon Russell c.1935. Constructed in well-figured quarter sawn oak with octagonal supports joined by sledge feet and a central stretcher, this table is a more substantial variant of the "Enstone" refectory design - with a fifth support. This table has increased length and depth not typically seen in refectory designs. This table was a special commission for the Walden School near Cambridge.

Condition: Shown prior to being refinished. This table will be offered in excellent refinished condition.
