1930s Vintage 3 Drawer Oak Single Pedestal Desk
One of many from a Black Country engineering workshop which is now sadly closed.
This one is a little cracker – 3 drawers to one side and a little typing slide to hold a cuppa or paperwork sitting on top of these. It’s of sensible proportions with good height and knee room.
This desk formed part of the original antique furniture purchased from at the workshop, so we felt this one deserved to have its history on show – yes it’s been thoroughly and carefully cleaned so ready for use but we have marks, nibbles to the oak and bumps – no harm in that and we have finished with a light waxing to bring up the grain of the oak. Expect genuine aging with drawer runners waxed and a firm frame - ready for work!

When purchasing from us we include delivery within mainland UK, excluding Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Isles, in the purchase price and liaise with you to ensure delivery is as swift and as smooth as possible. We try our best to deliver within 14 working days. Please call or email for quotes to Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Isles and for World-wide shipping.
Items are delivered by private courier, usually this is a one man service. If you require a two person delivery, please let us know. Smaller items are wrapped and packed (into recycled boxes where possible) and sent via a national courier service, tracking details will be provided once an item has been collected from us.

Terms and conditions
If you are not happy with an item you have 14 days to return it. This is providing that the item is returned, in the condition it left us, within 14 days. Please note that items must be wrapped and insured, with the return cost being covered by you. Once the item is back with us, having had a once over in the workshop, your refund will be issued.
On the rare occasion that an item is damaged in transit, please notify us immediately or within 48 hours and provide us with details and images so we can best remedy the situation.
