Extremely pretty 18ct diamond sapphire & pearl brooch. The central cultured pearl set between two oval sapphires of a good colour along with 21 round brilliant cut diamonds.

Antique/Vintage jewellery will be sold along with the box/case as displayed. All other pieces of jewellery will be supplied with a new box.
