Deco Desk
Description
This golden oak desk from the Deco period is waiting restoration. It has two slides under the top to extend the surface area and the rather smart Deco handles. Everything is in good condition bar the finish, so this will be re French polished and have a new skiver fitted to the top as the existing is rather marked. A good useable desk here at a reasonable price in its restored condition. (If you are quick, it is possible to choose the colour of the leather for the writing surface.) Sorry now sold.....

Oak Partners Desk
Description
This is a seriously handsome oak partners desk. It has raised and fielded panels in the sides and is in very clean and impressive condition. Just restored and repolished it will look the part in the best of locations and is of course just so useful. The size is just great too at 5ft wide by 4ft deep it is not oversized. All handles are original and the graining is good, please see the photograph of the top. Each side has a filing drawer and there are a number of drawer dividers that can slot in to your own place of choice. Under the top are slides which give extra work space if needed. All comes to pieces for delivery.

Sheraton Revival Bureau Bookcase
Description
In a rich mahogany with wide cross banding this Seraton Revival bureau bookcase is a very handsome example. In superb repolished condition it is an item that can fit into the best of locations. The interior has maple facings on the little drawers and the fall and impressive swan neck pediment have inlays, see photographs for detail. The astrigal glazed doors really finishing this useful piece of furniture which is about 100 years old.

Rosewood 4 Door Bookcase
Description
The superlatives just roll on and on looking at this four door Rosewood Bookcase. It is just superb quality with operating locks, original cabinet furniture and brass beads and inlays. The bookcase is a breakfront with fitted drawers behind the middle doors of the base. It has capped pillars on the bookcase doors and exquisite bevelled glass in the doors. It is in pretty much original condition, we have only cleaned the surface and undertaken a minor amount of re French polishing to remove some scuffs. It is otherwise in superb condition. (we are told that this was made by a now closed top New York cabinet maker who ceased trading in 1929. we are not able the confirm or deny this information) It is clean inside as well as out and the internal shelves adjust to suit your own needs. Just so impressive, fit for the very best of locations......SORRY NOW SOLD........

Kneehole Desk/dressing Table
Description
In superb condition this kneehole desk or of course dressing table is perfect for that slightly tight space. Just a little smaller than many at 45ins it is still of course very useable. 18ins in depth again being slightly narrower too. Height is normal at 29.5ins so no problem in that quarter. With a rich, if not slightly mellowed mahogany finish this is great value for money at £485. The turned wooden knobs and bracket feet adding to the appeal. Mahogany Inlaid Writing Table.
Description
With a great colour and in fantastic condition this mahogany Inlaid Sheraton Revival writing table is something really special. The mahogany, a little lighter than appears on the pictures, has a super graining and is inlaid with a stringing around all the panels including the side. It has a superb serpentine breakfront to the desk top and the letter rack on the top is a most unusual feature in a desk like this which also has the little drawers. All the cabinet furniture is original as are the castors. Even the insides of the drawers are polished.

Writing Table In Mahogany
Description
From a local house and sold by us maybe 20 years ago this writing table with a very good looking stretcher base and the little turned wooden handles is in a very tidy condition. The graining is good as can be seen from the photograph and the detail in thev side uprights and the stretcher in the base is so very unusual. The tooled top has some wear but can be changed if required. It is all in all a good tidy table and very useable, at a keen price for what it is.

This little Sheraton revival bureau bookcase is not only very clean and tidy but is also a most unusual size. In very good condition from a local house in Knutsford it has pleasing string inlays and a shell inlay in the centre of the fall. The single door at the top in the bookcase or display area being astrigal glazed in front of two adjustable shelves. A must for someone with limited space.
