Ebonised Antique Bracket Clocks

The bracket clock is a style of portable clock, originally weight driven and required a bracket on the wall to allow room for their weight. Later springs replaced weights but the bracket styling continued to be used. These clocks are usually repeaters (often striking at the pull of a cord or knob).
