Regency Antique Cast Iron Hat & Coat Stand.
This is a rare, English antique hat and coat stand, unsual as it is made in crisply cast cast iron which features a central reeded column with six ornately shaped hooks at the top and a turned brass finial.
This antique hat and coat stand also incorporates a walking stick/umbrella hanging and storage section, this is complete with the original, octagonal drip tray base which is supported by four, lions paw feet.
Totally original and in very good and complete condition, dating from around 1815, this antique cast iron coat stand is now at Miles Griffiths antiques showrooms.
