Northumberland Court Records of 1st March 1798. The Lord and Lady of the Manor of Hexham, Northumberland,relating to an Obligation for receiving annual rent from various persons and tenants.
Colonel Thomas Richard Beaumont (Lord of the Manor of Hexham), was born in 1758 and held the office of Member of Paliamenmt for Nothumberland between 1795 and 1818.
Hand written on Vellem with two blue duty stamps.The larger one for II Shillings and III Pence. The smaller one for Three Shillings. Franked paper duty stamp and two further black and white G.R. Duty Stamps, on reverse.
