Mid 19th century Indian koft gari Jambiya. Has a heavily chiselled steel hilt with some gold koft gari work still present. Curved, shaped, doubled edged blade which has a panel with a Hindu God on both sides. There is an Elephant head design on both sides with gold koft gari work. Original fabric covered scabbard. In generally used condition with some wear to koft gari work.

Approximately 45cm overall and blade 30.5cm.
