This is a very pretty antique Kurdish runner / carpet from West Persia. It has a warm red field with four framed medallions and pastel coloured floral motifs all surrounded by pistachio borders. This is a lovely antique runner with some age related wear as photographed. The runner measures 243cms by 110cms.
