Edwardian Mahogany & Satinwood Display Cabinet
This antique Edwardian mahogany display cabinet has some wonderful decorative inlays all over of neoclassical designs, especially on the top section & on the bow fronted bottom cupboard. The inlays are mainly satinwood, but there are other exotic woods involved. It's a fine quality piece of antique furniture with loads of character & it's just been polished. Below the cupboard are strong tapered spade end legs with shaped brackets in between. It dates from around the 1890-1900 period & is in good original condition & the inside has just been re-lined in a gold fabric which compliments the inlays.
