A lovely French Edwardian mahogany inlaid marble topped bedside cupboard. Plum pudding mahogany veneer with kingwood cross banding. Pretty satinwood inlaid banding to main door and sides. The door has a sun ray marquetry panel at it's centre.
It stands on four round tapering fluted legs with a brass bun cup foot. The inside is fully marbled lined. To the top of each leg there is a quality cast brass ormolu mount in the empire manner decorated with floral wreath. The top has a moulded edge which houses an attractive blue and grey veined marble top. There is small drawer below with satinwood banding oak lining with small brass drawer pull. Useful little cupboard could go anywhere.
