Here we have a rare small George III deed box with drawers c1770. As you can see the box has fantastic colour and patina. There is a two plank lid with a beautiful ogee moulded under edge. The sides are constructed with hand cut dovetail joints. The plinth base has a delicated mould to the top. The lid opens to reveal a lovely dry aged interior with original drawers. The drawers have hand cut dovetail joints and Oak linings. A super box in great retail condition ready for your home. The dimensions are approx 16 inches wide 9.5 deep and 6 high.
