Superb quality adjustable piano stool by the Birmingham makers C.H Hare & Son c.1900. Dished upholstered seat with ebonised wooden surround on a cast iron X frame with brass stretchers, fittings and feet. Turn the wooden knobs below the seat to raise the height on a patented mechanism. Clearly marked on the underside with maker’s name and patent number. Excellent condition, freshly upholstered but retaining the original paintwork to the frame.
Dimensions: width 18″, depth 13″, height 21″ – 23″.
