A Conveyance between The Right Hon.Thomas HORATIO Nelson, 4th Earl Nelson, Edward Agar Horation Nelson and Viscountess Eliza Blanche Trafalgar and Mr Herbert Holloway for the sale & purchase of 2 cottages from the Nelson Estate (Trafalgar House) Salisbury, Wiltshire, on 31st December 1924. The Estate was purchased in 1814 by Parliament for the Successors of LORD HORATIO NELSON for £90,000. with a perpetual pension of £5,000.per annum. In 1950 the then Labour Government terminated the pension after the Death of the 4th Earl and the Estate was sold.
The Indenture has a nice 15 shillings duty stamp, 6 seals intact and The 4th Earls, Edward Agar Horatio Nelson's and The Viscountess Eliza Blanche Trafalgar's signature. A nice clean plan of the said cottages shaded in red. The Indenture is hand written on vellum.
