19th Century Liberty of London Antique Bedroom Suite
19th Century Liberty of London Antique Bedroom Suite
This is a fabulous set of late 19th century antqiue bedroom antique furniture by Libertys of London in the Anglo Chinese style. This wonderful set has been kept together in a Scottish castle for years. Made in pine with some later pink paint which matches the original pink paint.
This Liberty antique bedroom suite comprises of a wardrobe with a pagoda shaped, stepped top, two glazed doors along with a two over two chest and a long single drawer to the base.
The Liberty antique cupboard has a plain pagoda top with a cupboard to one side and a single drawer over an open shelf and fret work decorations.
The Liberty antique dressing table has a large, circular mirror along with two smaller drawers to the pagoda shaped top with fret work decorations, then two larger drawers beneath.
The dressing table stands well on square legs. Lastly, a matching pagoda topped Liberty's bedside cabinet that has a single door along with fret work decorations.
All four pieces are in very good condition, all the drawers run well and have copper ring handles. Inside each piece is also lovely and clean. Rare to find bedroom suite by Liberty of London that dates from around 1880-90. MORE IMAGES ON OUR OWN WEBSITE.
