An unusual piece made in France in the Arts and Crafts style, can be wall hung, the shield is curved and Kite Shaped, it is decorated with fleurs-de-lis and has iron studs in the border
The shield is hand beaten in copper and is lined on the back, it sound with an age related patination

The Shield is 39” high and 19” wide
